niže podpisani "Agent za e-korisničku podršku", što nije "Tehnička
podržka", nije kvalificirani programer, pa nema jamstva da razumije što
pitam, odgovara, preusmjereno kao da odgovara sa

Molim da se moj upit preusmjeri nekome tko mi hoće i zna odgovoriti.

Pokušat ću još jednom postaviti ista pitanja, ali *sažetije*. Jer mi na
njih niste odgovorili. Dobit ćete, međutim ponovno, iste PDF datoteke,
da lakše odgovorite.

Molim vas da odgovorite nedvosmisleno i jasno. Gornji odgovor
(vjerovatno) ne-programera to nije.

PITANJE: Može li Acrobat PDF Reader otvoriti te datoteke koje sam upravo
privio ovoj e-poruci?

Ponavljam također pitanje:

Iz tog trace-a su te datoteke. Hoće li mi odgovoriti netko tko razumije
ovaj predmet i u stanju je čitati trace-ove?

privitci (isti su PDF-ovi i u privitcima ove e-poruke, pa ih također otvorite
za uzporedbu) imaju imena datoteka normalna:
orig_bill_5019102951-206-5_5019102951_201610_R.pdf
orig_bill_5019102951-207-3_5019102951_201611_R.pdf

i mojim Qpdfview programom ih ja mogu otvoriti bez ikakvih problema, i
pregledati sve tri stranice oba PDF-a,

a te vaše PDF datoteke sa moj.hrvatskitelekom.hr nakon što sam se
logiram, imaju imena kilava, a posebno bez infiksa (umetka) koji bi
trebale imati, već prema tome za koji su mjesec 2016. a nemaju ni
prefiksa "orig_bill_" na početku, ili slično?

Na desnoj strani je infiks koji nedostaje:

Drugim riečima, imate li kvar na serveru da vaš server batrljke
izporučuje umjesto standardnih PDF-ova, i kako te datoteke, ako ih
Acrobat Reader otvara, izpraviti, eh da bi i drugi programi, poput
mojega Qpdfview-a mogli onda iste otvarati i pregledavati?

Naime, koristnik sam, i mislim da imam pravo na to objašnjenje, i da me
se uputi kako da možda modificiram za preglednost te batrlje-datoteke,
ako doista jesu PDF-ovi.

I kindly ask that my query be sent to somebody who has the will and the
knowledge to answer it.

I'll try and once again put to you the same questions, but *more
succintly*. Because you still haven't replied to me. You will get,
however, again, the same PDF files, to make it easier for you to reply.

Please, reply unambiguously and clearly. The reply above, from (likely)
a non-programmer, is not so.

From that trace those files are. Can somebody who is able to understand
the issue and really read that trace reply to me?

the attachments (the same two PDFs are in the attachment of this very e-mail,
so pls. open those too, for comparison) bears a normal filename:
orig_bill_5019102951-206-5_5019102951_201610_R.pdf
orig_bill_5019102951-207-3_5019102951_201611_R.pdf

and with my Qpdfview program I can open them with ease, and peruse all the
three pages of both PDFs,

but those PDF files of yours from moj.hrvatskitelekom.hr after I log in,
have very poor names, and especially the names are without the infix
that they outght to have, and which is according to the month in 2016,
and don't have the prefix of "orig_bill_" either, or so?

On the right side there is the missing infix:

435518423.pdf 201609_R

In other words, is your server b0rked so it is delivering damaged stumps
instead of standard PDFs, and how can those files, if Acrobat Reader can
really open them, be fixed, so that other programs, like my Qpdfview,
can also open and view those files?

Namely, I'm your user, and I think I have the right to be given the
explanation, and directed how to maybe modify for viewing your
stumps-files, if indeed they are PDFs.
